Service

DG Web Agency builds, hosts, and manages custom websites for local businesses. All plans include a custom website up to 5 pages built in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, hosting, SSL, local SEO, up to 2 content updates per month, contact forms, and priority support. This is a professionally designed static website optimized for speed, performance, and mobile use. It is not a web application and does not include scheduling systems, booking tools, e-commerce, third-party integrations, membership portals, or custom development work. Content updates cover text and image changes only and do not include new pages or new features. Additional work beyond this scope will be quoted separately.

Pricing and Plans

DG Web Agency offers two plans for website design and ongoing support.

Monthly Plan

The monthly plan is $99 per month with no upfront cost and no minimum term. Your website stays live and fully managed as long as you are an active client.

This is a service agreement, not a loan or financing. You are not paying off a website. You are subscribing to an actively managed web presence that includes hosting, maintenance, updates, and support.

Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation your site is taken offline at the end of the current billing period. Your domain name is always yours and will never be withheld.

One Time Plan

The one time plan is a single payment of $1,800 for the complete website build. Your site and all associated files are yours immediately upon payment. A monthly service fee of $59 per month begins 30 days after launch covering hosting, SSL, maintenance, updates, and support.

Cancel monthly service anytime with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation hosting and support end at the close of the current billing period. You retain full ownership of your website and all files. Your domain name is always yours and will never be withheld.

Both Plans Include

Both plans include the same custom built website, hosting, SSL certificate, up to 2 content updates per month, monthly check-in call, contact form maintenance, local SEO foundation maintenance, and priority support via call or text.

Domain

The client's domain name is always their property regardless of cancellation or payment status. DG Web Agency registers the domain on the client's behalf. Standard domain registration up to $20 is included in the first month. If the desired domain costs more than $20, the additional cost is billed directly to the client before the site goes live.

Payments

Payments are processed automatically via Stripe on a monthly basis. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically. If payment is not resolved within 7 days of the final retry, the website will be taken down. If payment is made within 30 days of the site coming down, the site will be restored. After 30 days, the service is terminated and the domain is transferred to the client.

Referral Program

Refer another local business that becomes a client and receive $50 off your next monthly payment.

Pricing Changes

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice to active clients.

Liability

DG Web Agency is not responsible for third-party service outages including hosting providers or Google. DG Web Agency liability is limited to the monthly fee paid in the most recent billing period.

Content Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, including services, hours, and contact details. DG Web Agency is not liable for errors in content provided by the client.

SEO Disclaimer

DG Web Agency provides basic local SEO setup and ongoing improvements. Search engine rankings and results are not guaranteed and may vary based on competition and market conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.
