Service

DG Web Agency builds, hosts, and manages custom websites for local businesses. All websites are professionally designed static sites built in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, optimized for speed, performance, and mobile use. Websites do not include scheduling systems, booking tools, e-commerce, third-party integrations, membership portals, or custom development work unless specifically included in a Custom / Ecommerce plan. Content updates cover text and image changes only and do not include new pages or new features. Additional work beyond the scope of your plan will be quoted separately.

Pricing

DG Web Agency offers three plans. Each plan includes a one-time setup fee and a monthly Website Care Plan.

Starter: $300 setup + $59/month Website Care Plan. Includes 1 to 3 page custom website, mobile-friendly design, contact form, hosting, SSL, basic local SEO, and 1 small content update per month.

Business: $500 to $1,200 setup + $99/month Website Care Plan. Includes up to 5 to 7 page custom website, gallery or menu or services showcase, reviews and testimonials section, stronger SEO setup, Google Business Profile optimization help, hosting, SSL, 2 content updates per month, monthly check-in call, and priority support.

Custom / Ecommerce: Starting at $2,000 setup with custom monthly support. Includes Shopify stores, booking systems, advanced functionality, and custom web applications. Scope and monthly support are defined per project.

The setup fee is due before work begins. The monthly Website Care Plan begins once the site goes live. Your website stays live and fully managed as long as you are an active client.

What Is Included

What is included depends on your plan. All plans include a custom website built from scratch, hosting, and an SSL certificate. The Starter plan includes 1 small content update per month and basic local SEO. The Business plan includes 2 content updates per month, a monthly check-in call, stronger SEO, Google Business Profile optimization help, and priority support via call or text. The Custom / Ecommerce plan is scoped per project.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation your site is taken offline at the end of the current billing period. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. Your domain name and business accounts are always yours and will never be withheld.

Domain

The client's domain name and business accounts are always their property regardless of cancellation or payment status. DG Web Agency registers the domain on the client's behalf. Standard domain registration up to $20 is included in the setup fee. If the desired domain costs more than $20, the additional cost is billed directly to the client before the site goes live.

Payments

The one-time setup fee is collected before work begins. Monthly Website Care Plan payments are processed automatically via Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically. If payment is not resolved within 7 days of the final retry, the website will be taken down. If payment is made within 30 days of the site coming down, the site will be restored. After 30 days, the service is terminated and the domain is transferred to the client.

Referral Program

Refer another local business that becomes a client and receive $50 off your next monthly payment.

Pricing Changes

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice to active clients.

Liability

DG Web Agency is not responsible for third-party service outages including hosting providers or Google. DG Web Agency liability is limited to the monthly fee paid in the most recent billing period.

Content Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, including services, hours, and contact details. DG Web Agency is not liable for errors in content provided by the client.

SEO Disclaimer

DG Web Agency provides basic local SEO setup and ongoing improvements. Search engine rankings and results are not guaranteed and may vary based on competition and market conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.
